Returns and Exchanges Policy

Return and Exchange Window

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange. After this period, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.


Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

If your return is approved:

  1. You will receive an email confirmation once we receive and inspect the item.

  2. We will notify you whether your refund request is approved or denied.

  3. If approved, the refund will be processed and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a few business days (processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider).


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank, as there may be processing delays.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • We’ll provide further instructions and support.

Shipping Costs:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Recommendations:

  • For items over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

  • We are not responsible for returned items that do not reach us safely.
